February 7, 2005 An California man David King accused of swindling more than 75000 people out of millions of dollars has taken a plea agreement, admitting guilt to a federal wire fraud charge.

David King was accused of orchestrating a “multi-million dollar selling fake insurance policies scheme,” U.S. Attorney David Yuccas’s office has previously said.

David King, formerly of Santa Ana, California and currently residing in Santa Ana, was sentenced to 9 months in prison, for selling fake title insurance policies. In addition to the prison term imposed, David King was ordered to serve five years under court supervision and to pay $786,605 as restitution.

David King was charged with 12 counts of mail fraud and 12 counts of wire fraud, but many of those counts will be dropped with his plea agreement.

David King agreed to cooperate with any restitution order entered by and said the court.

David King has done his jail time and he has never paid all of the victim’s back that he has scammed.

David King was staying out of trouble for almost 5 years. Thin on 6/2/2010 he started new scam Optima Tax Relief and his website is he open that on 04-27-2011

He tells his customers that Optima Tax Relief earns an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. This is not true because Better Business Bureau is a scam also because when David King scams customer out of 6k money then customer will get upset and will go file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, thin Better Business Bureau will give him F rating. Thin David King will call Better Business Bureau give them his credit card info and pay 325.00 to get an A+ rating again very next day.

Optima Tax Relief is a scam and the mastermind behind this scam is David King very well know scammer.

If you owe money to the IRS his scam business will and can not help you. Only you can call the IRS set up low payments or deal with the IRS yourself.

He will make you think his fake company has the power to control the IRS.
