ChimeBank.com Terrible Customer Service Business
I’m upset with this company and it’s terrible customer service. 20 minute hold times, /and 5 day waits on responses from their support Dept. When I finally got through to someone I was cold transferred. The bank portion itself is great, however the people they hire are incompetent. Forget about filing a dispute, they take 15 days to even get an answer back on. Apple Pay currently isn’t working and I haven’t gotten a response to why in five days nor an apology, just a cold transfer, a broken IVR, and my emails ignored.
